    Responsibilities

     

    • Preparation of air permits: NSR, Standard Permits and Permit By Rules.
    • Prepare State and Federal plans and reports for air quality program areas such as Title V, Emissions
    • Inventories, GHG Inventories, NSPS and MACT reports.
    • Conduct air quality analysis and emissions calculations.
    • Perform environmental compliance assessments and assist clients with follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Support the development, implementation and use of environmental compliance and management system programs.
    • Provide general environmental compliance support to clients, including on-site assistance as needed.
    • Perform multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure the highest quality standards on project deliverables.

    Qualifications

    • B.S. degree in chemical/environmental engineering or related disciplines.
    • 5-10 years of related professional work experience.
    • Familiarity with federal and state environmental regulations, preferably those specific to the energy industry (oil & gas, and chemical/petroleum processing).
    • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis to project sites per client needs Strong background in environmental compliance, reporting, procedures, and plans, primarily in air quality,
    • Microsoft Office programs expertise. Experience with other software systems, including EPA Client Tool, eGGRT, E&P Tanks, GlyCalc, etc. is desired.
    • Attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication skills, and effective organizational/analytical capabilities are a must; should also possess experience writing detailed technical reports.
    • Ability to multi-task, work in a deadline-intensive environment, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
