Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the credit union's strategic marketing and public relations plans. Researches marketing needs and analyzes marketing trends for the credit union to ensure the credit union builds visibility and brand recognition. Improves the Credit Union's competitive position, consistent with its mission, within the markets served. Plans, executes, and manages delivery of the credit union’s marketing activities to achieve or exceed the credit union’s established strategic objectives and annual business plan targets. Leads the credit union culture committee, who is charged with promoting and communicating the credit union mission throughout the organization. Conducts all department activities in compliance with state and federal regulations.
