  • Intake or pre-litigation investigation work, including crash reports, background checks, workers’ compensation verification, OSHA investigations, etc.
  • A full range of pre-litigation case management (e.g. medical and billing records; helping with medical treatment; inbound and outbound correspondence with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers; etc.)
  • Resolving client questions, concerns, and other escalated issues – by phone and in person
  • Managing after-hours intake
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Ensuring complete compliance at all times with all ethical and legal obligations
  • Additional projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree, along with strong academic track record evidenced by GPA, awards/honors, extracurricular activities, etc.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to consistently project confidence, empathy, and energy on the phone
    • Ability to quickly relate what differentiates our firm and our service
  • High emotional intelligence
