Overview

For over 25 years, G&A Partners has been helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses, take better care of their employees, and enjoy a higher quality of life by providing proven HR solutions and technology. G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join its team in Camdenton, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Entering bills into QB to be paid by check
    • Recording subsequent payments when issued.  
  • Entering invoices into QuickBooks for amounts due to Oz Operations.  
    • Recording subsequent payments and deposits when received.  
  • Entering all transactions into QuickBooks within 1-2 days after they occur. 
    • Includes, but is not limited to, checks written, debit card charges, wire transfers, and all payments and other deposits received. 
  • Use QuickBooks to record bill payments and other expenses
    • Includes printing and mailing checks as needed
  • Assist with month end settlements 
  • Enter and update vendor and customer records in QuickBooks 
    • Collect, scan, and compile digital backups of W9s for all vendors 
    • Enter/update W9s for vendors into QuickBooks in a timely manner (next working day) 
  • Review prior-month's transactions in QuickBooks on the first working day of each month to ensure all transactions have been recorded.  
    • Identify and collect all necessary information for any missing transactions, and record and update those transactions in QuickBooks in a timely manner 
  • Scan and send pertinent paperwork to the owner group accounting contact as needed
    • Including, but not limited to W9s, Invoices paid, Receipts and/or purchase orders for individual items costing $2,500 or more 
  • Communicate with venue managers and owner group accounting contact regularly. 
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed. 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Bookeeping experience
