Overview

G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Executive Assistant to join its team in The Woodlands, TX.

Responsibilities

  • High-level administrative support to executives, including managing travel arrangements.
  • Schedule executives' meetings regularly.
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and contacts.
  • Work with managers on handling organizational issues.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to metrics and compliance.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and clients.
  • Anticipate executives needs and proactively address issues.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned by executives.
  • Conduct research and compile data as requested by executives.
  • Manage building vendors and contractors.
  • Verify and approve supply orders.
  • Manage inventory levels of office products, equipment, and materials to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 2-7 years of C-Suite executive support/Office Management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft products.
  • Extremely resourceful, adaptable, and creative thinker.
  • Ability to work within stressful timelines.
  • Ability to drive change in an organization.
