Overview

G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Property Managment Associate to join its team in The Woodlands, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the leasing process for all properties including multi family, commercial, and single family
  • Showcase the value of properties features as the relate to customer needs
  • Use customer centric focused attitude year around to insure smooth renewal process for existing tenants
  • Use problem solving skills and best judgements to handle client issues as the arise
  • Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of competitors in the region to give potential tenants all the information that they need to make an informed decision
  • Promote positive tenant relations through courteous and timely response to tenant needs and concerns
  • Assist with other projects and activities as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ leasing and/or property management experience
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • This is direct hire, with great benefits, working 100% in-office
