Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver effective, evidence-based therapy to support mobility, strength, and independence
Educate patients and their families on recovery, injury prevention, and overall health improvement
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy required
Active Physical Therapy License (Required)
CPR Certification (Required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
