Summary
Responsible for performing engineering design for small, medium and large multifamily projects. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design experience and capabilities are preferred but not all three are necessarily required. Position requires the application of professional engineering concepts, principles, practices, and methods sufficient to perform a broad range of engineering activities in a variety of work environments. Guidance may be provided by an experienced Engineer with the Designer being required to exercise judgement in interpreting, analyzing, and adapting methods, techniques, and procedures to specific cases. Initially completed work is reviewed for technical soundness, appropriateness, and compliance with standard engineering practices.
